The Initial Inspection, Service & Setup - One of our Senior Technicians will: perform a thorough inspection of your home's structure, evaluating specific pest management needs and any conducive conditions. use targeted treatments to resolve any current pest activity, on the interior. seal any small gaps and openings observed as potential pest entrypoints. remove any dead insects, cobwebs and spider egg sacs with backpack vacuum. treat all accessible areas on the exterior of your home, from the roofline down, pinpointing potential hot spots and removing any webbing along the outside walls.
Your Ongoing Protection- Scheduled, comprehensive treatments following a 16-point plan for prevention in the spring, summer and fall. No scheduling hassles: since our scheduled preventive maintenance focuses on the exterior, where almost all pest problems originate, you do not have to be home. If you ever need us in-between scheduled visits, simply call us for a prompt, priority service, as often as necessary and at no additional charge, that's our follow-up service guarantee. Top-Care Plus gives your home complete protection, covering all common household insects, rodents and termites, an all-in-one solution at one easy and affordable rate. Top-Care Plus includes all of the features of Top-Care plus a comprehensive monitoring system for termites. If a home does not currently have termite activity, we install monitoring stations along the perimeter of the home as part of the initial service. Should termites ever be detected in these montioring stations, we will install the Sentricon System, at no additional charge!
